Welcome to the archive. This is a fan-made / original-concept lore hub for The Marrow Protocol, a visual novel about a secret institute built over an anomalous biological deposit — and everyone the deposit has quietly rewritten. Think clinical containment horror crossed with the specific dread of a talent show you can't leave, minus the aliens: what came out of the ground was always something older and closer to home.

Use the directory on the left to explore the world. The Dossier covers the setting and the Institute itself, the Taxonomy and Wheel pages cover how hybrid subjects ("Grafts") are classified, and Case Files introduces the cast this story is being built around.

This is a personal worldbuilding project — a lore bible for a visual novel, formatted like the internal wiki of the institute it's about. Nothing here is real.
